Multi-Agency Safer Recruitment Training

All Courses Limited to 5 places per booking

Outline

This course places an emphasis on ensuring that all possible steps are taken during the recruitment process to prevent people being appointed to multi-agency roles who could pose a safeguarding risk to children.

Whilst all stages of the recruitment process are covered this is not a detailed ‘recruitment and selection’ course but rather it addresses what measures should be put in place at each stage of the recruitment process to prevent inappropriate people being appointed.

This course is run by the Safer Recruitment Consortium whereby all trainers are accredited and all materials are quality assured.

Audience

This course is for Multi-Agency staff members who are involved in interview panels and recruitment.
